Rope Access Inspections

With an in-house team of Rope Access Technicians certified by the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT), we can perform close-up inspections with significant savings to our clients. Rope Access is especially useful in buildings that would be difficult to rig due to limited access or extreme building conditions.

Depending on the size of the building, the HLZA Rope Access team can perform multiple drops in one day at a fraction of the cost and time required by traditional inspection methods.

One important benefit of Rope Access Inspection is that it enables our team to gain hands-on observations of a building’s overall systemic condition, which leads to more definitive construction documents.

Rope Access Inspections also enables our team to access and investigate potentially hazardous conditions quickly and to navigate challenging building conditions successfully, providing access to areas that would be difficult to inspect using a standard swing stage platform or boom truck.
