Industrial Rope Access

Overview

With an in-house team of Rope Access Technicians certified by the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT), HLZAE can perform close-up inspections resulting in significant savings to our clients. Rope Access is especially useful for buildings that would otherwise be difficult to rig due to limited access or extreme building conditions.

Depending on the size of the building, the HLZAE Rope Access team can perform multiple drops in one day at a fraction of the cost and time required by traditional inspection methods. Another important benefit of Rope Access Inspection is that it enables our team to gain hands-on observations of a building’s overall systemic condition, which leads to more definitive construction documents.

Rope Access Inspections also enables our team to access and investigate potentially hazardous conditions quickly and to navigate challenging building conditions successfully, providing access to areas that would be difficult to inspect using a standard swing stage platform or boom truck.

Our team is continuing to take all the necessary precautions when performing rope access inspections to ensure the safety of your building and its tenants.

Benefits of Rope Access:

  • Our team typically only needs access to the roof, which is less invasive for your tenants and reduces exposure to others.
  • Ability to access higher, tighter and more difficult areas of a building without bulky scaffolding and equipment.
  • Rope inspections are performed faster and more efficiently than traditional inspections.
  • Fewer personnel are required to perform a rope inspection leading to minimal downtime, increased production, and reduced costs for our clients.
