Jeanmaire Dani, LEED AP®

Senior Project Manager, Architecture

Biography

With more than 20 years of experience, Jeanmaire serves as a Senior Project Manager at HLZAE. She manages projects from inception through closeout, including contractor oversight and client communications.

Jeanmaire’s experience includes the terra cotta façade restoration and roof replacement at 75 Livingston Street, a historic 30-story Gothic Revival residential building in Brooklyn with a wedding cake set-back configuration that required complex logistics. The work was scoped with the utilization of industrial rope access inspections, which lead to repairs. Jeanmaire also executed façade repairs, roof and window replacement, and structural work for Hammel Houses, a 14- building residential complex in Far Rockaway, Queens, to counteract extensive damage caused by Hurricane Sandy. For 255 West 90th Street, Jeanmaire managed the installation of cathodic protection to the building’s steel members to prevent deterioration and prolong the life span of the terra cotta.

Jeanmaire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a concentration in Interior Design from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation (GSAPP).
