With more than 25 years of experience, Joe leads an architectural and technical team, overseeing project execution, documentation, scheduling, specifications, and reports. Joe specializes in building-wide condition surveys and reports, as well as peer reviews for new construction projects, leveraging his extensive knowledge to mentor Project Associates in the preparation of construction documentation for façade and structural repairs.

Some of his current projects include waterproofing review for the new construction commercial development at 540 West 26th Street, the renovation of public privately owned plazas (POPS) at 301 East 87th Street, multiple renovations at 375 West Broadway, and the re-cladding of 156 Williams Street in the Financial District. Joe has worked on a wide range of prominent residential and commercial projects, and he has extensive experience with building restoration, housing rehabilitation, and historic preservation.

He earned an Associate’s Degree in Architecture and Building Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute.
