With more than 20 years of experience, Mark serves as the Director of Technology at HLZAE. His technology and project management experience has allowed him to streamline operations for Special Inspections projects.

Prior to joining HLZAE, Mark was the Technology Manager at a large financial services company where he performed business analysis to meet strategic goals and built technology teams that supported trading desks across the Americas. Mark also worked at an engineering firm as Director of Operations and Finance, where he was responsible for financial management and Special Inspections Quality Control. At HLZAE Mark curated the Quality Management System which led to Class 1 Accreditation for Special Inspections, a license that enables HLZAE to perform inspections on projects of any size in New York City. Mark oversees the timely turnaround of quality inspections reports and collaborates with the General Contractor to ensure that non-conformances are identified and resolved promptly.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Information and Systems from Staffordshire University in Stafford, England.
