With more than six years of experience combined in interior and exterior renovations, Margaret serves as the Alterations Review Manager and a Project Manager. At HLZAE, Margaret oversees all the Alteration Reviews within the office and is a part of various exterior restoration projects. Margaret is the first person who interacts with clients when an alteration review is received from our office. She reviews the proposed projects to ensure they meet the criteria of the building management and preserves the integrity of the building. On some occasions, she also is a part of the review process as well. Additionally, Margaret is involved in exterior restoration at all phases of the projects.

Margaret’s experience at HLZAE includes reviewing 100+ alterations reviews per year and has worked on the exterior repairs at 50 West 57th Street, 434 Broadway, and 360 Lexington Avenue. Her current projects include 150 Bay Street and 49 West 57^th Street which include façade restoration and roof replacement.

Margaret graduated from Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. Margaret is a Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) Certified Industrial Rope Access Inspector.
