Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained by the Owners of this luxury rental property to provide architectural/engineering consulting services to oversee the installation of a new recreational roof terrace for this 199-unit residential tower. The property, with both commercial and residential uses, is situated on 34th Street and 1st Avenue in midtown Manhattan, and its owner wanted to provide residents with recreational facilities offering spectacular views of the East River.
