Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained by The Jack Parker Corporation to implement a complete window and balcony door replacement for this prominent three-tower luxury residential complex in Queens, New York.

Scope of Work:

	Replacement of approximately 6,000 windows
	Installation of 1,200 new balcony doors

Project challenges for this project included coordinating exterior work in this three-tower complex within an 18-month schedule.
