Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. provided Interior Design services for an extensive lobby renovation for the Park City Estates five-tower entrance halls.
Scope of Work:
Providing new entrance storefront
Constructing ADA compliant ramps
New concierge desk design and new furnishing in the waiting area
Newly designed flooring and wall coverings
Lighing and mechanical system installation
Project challenges for this assignment included coordinating phases of interior work with expansive exterior and landscape work which Park City Estates was undergoing, including façade restoration, sidewalk repair, plaza and garage renovation in addition to lobby renovation at all five buildings.
