Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained by Park City Owners Corporation for the façade and balcony restoration of this 1,000 unit housing community in Queens, New York.

Scope of Work:

	Building corner replacement, including waterproofing and brick replacement
	Expansion joint installation
	Relieving angle repairs, including waterproofing and brick replacement
	Parapet replacement
	Balcony Restoration, including concrete patching and membrane coating

Additional project challenges included adhering to rigid project schedule and maintaining safety procedures with respect to the general public and the approximately 5,000 residents.
