Roof Replacement, Façade & Balcony Restoration
Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. provided Exterior Restoration services for The Excelsior at 303 East 57th Street, a 48 story luxury condominium property located in East Midtown Manhattan. The Project required the complete replacement of the building's roofs as well as restoration of the property's façade and balconies.
