Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. provided Interior Design services for a comprehensive residential restoration at Lexington Avenue in New York's Gramercy Park neighborhood.

Scope of Work:

	New master bedroom suite including dressing room and new master bathroom
	Development of welcoming entrance vestibule
	Design and installation of new cabinetwork and a new work area
	Installation of new lighting
	Enlarging existing window to accommodate French doors
	Renovation of guest bathroom

Project challenges for this assignment included coordinating all trades and executing the restoration while the family occupied the space.
