Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained to redesign the interior and exterior portions of this magnificent 4-story townhouse located in Midtown Manhattan.

Scope of Work:

	Paint removal and restoration of the brick façade and decorative stucco work, as well as installation of new historic replicated shutters
	The gut renovation of the kitchen to install new terra cotta floor tiles, cherry wood cabinetwork, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and hand painted ceramic tile backsplashes
	A new pass-through to Dining Room and a new skylight above double height space
	Renovation and reconfiguration of the guest Powder Room
	Reconstruction of the Living Room exterior wall to receive arched French doors
	Renovation of the patio area with French doors, new outdoor lighting, trellis work and stone capping
