Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained by the Rockrose Development Corporation at the Landmark-designated Archive building for an extensive façade restoration project at this distinctive red brick and granite building.

Scope of Work:

	Restoration of this Landmark building to its former splendor by phased stages over several years
	Extensive façade restoration and cleaning
	Performed building wide brick masonry repointing
	Recreational Roof Terrace
	Roof and Paving replacement

The project also included stringent quality control for color matching and testing of the mortar for consistency and strength.
