Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. completed a comprehensive residential renovation by combining comfort with contemporary style and a state-of-the-art professional kitchen.

Scope of Work:

	Expansion of the existing kitchen, installation of new ceramic floor tiles, clear maple kitchen cabinets, appliances and a granite countertop
	Master bathroom and guest bathroom renovation including new ceramic floor and wall tiles, bathtubs, lavatories and toilets, vanity cabinets and fixtures
	Custom designed, built-in furniture and cabinetry

Project challenges for this assignment included upgrading the existing space into modern upscale residence within the existing layout and within client's time constraints
