Façade Restoration

Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained to provide architectural consulting services for complete façade restoration of this residential Landmark property located on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Scope of Work:

	Complete brownstone restoration including stripping down of all brownstone surfaces to sound substrate.
	Application of new coat of brownstone stucco
	Re-creation of all original window, door and stair trim details
	Re-casting of all decorative medallions

The Project also required the replacement of all windows with new mahogany windows to match the original weight and chain double hung windows.
