
Recreational Roof Terrace Renovation
Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. was retained by Rockrose Development Corporation to explore the feasibility of converting the building's unused rooftop structure for recreational use. HLZA was responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a new recreational roof terrace for this mid-rise residential property located on 53rd Street and 9th Avenue in New York's growing Hell's Kitchen community.
