Igor Litwinowicz
Senior Project Manager

With more than 20 years of experience, Igor serves as Senior Project Manager at HLZA. He is responsible for many of HLZA’s large corporate clients and specializes in masonry and concrete reconstruction.

Igor managed 1501 Broadway, also known as the Paramount Building, during a multimillion-dollar restoration project involving challenges related to its location in the heart of Times Square, as well as stringent requirements of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. Igor has also successfully overseen high-rise and prewar restoration projects on the Upper East and West Sides, Queens, and Brooklyn. Prior to joining HLZA, Igor worked in Vancouver and gained hands-on experience in new construction and exterior restoration while working on projects in Canada and England.

Igor earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Burnaby, Canada and an Associate’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Zielona Gora, Poland. Igor is also a passionate photographer, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, and is involved non-profit organizations that improve the quality of life for dogs.
