With almost 15 years of experience in the restoration field, Larry serves a Director, Architecture at HLZAE. He manages projects from inception to close-out and participates on various committees within the firm. His experience encompasses a wide range of project types such as, consulting on new construction projects, FISP repairs, roof replacement, sidewalk replacement and garage restoration.

Larry managed a complete overhaul of the building systems at 211 West 56th Street, a four-level garage in Midtown as well as FISP repairs over the past 6 years. Larry also oversaw the façade restoration and installation of new storm water discharge system, at 370 Central Park West, a Tudor style six-story residential building. At 99 Hudson Street approximately 75% of the terra cotta elements were either repaired or replaced with new castings and, despite continuous occupancy, the work was completed with no interruption of services. For 250 East 87th Street, a residential building in the Upper East Side, Larry led comprehensive roof, balcony, and chimney repairs while successfully navigating delays due to ongoing construction of the 2nd Avenue Subway and performed extensive coordination with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. He was also involved as a consultant for the gut renovation project at The Park Avenue Synagogue which included roof replacement, waterproofing consulting on various elements throughout the building and parapet repairs. At 175 West 12^th Street, he recently completed a full reskin of the building’s street facades and the replacement of the main roof. Larry also oversee various ongoing projects at the Clinton Avenue Apartments, an 11 building complex in Brooklyn.

Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
