Senior Project Manager
 

With 20 years of experience, Jon serves as a Senior Project Manager at HLZA. Jon’s career has specialized in planning, sequencing, and management of multi-phase projects for institutional clients. Prior to HLZA, Jon was a consulting architect for the rehabilitation of the United Nations Conference Building and General Assembly Hall, for which he restored the building's interior spaces, envelope, and grounds.

Jon managed New York University's Washington Square Classroom Master Plan for the institution's 55-acre urban campus. The study concluded with a phased implementation plan that included prioritized improvements and identification of new sites for development. Jon also managed the Georgia Board of Regents’ Campus Preservation Planning Guidelines project. Following a grant from the J. Paul Getty Foundation’s Campus Heritage Program, Jon led a multi-disciplinary team to create guidelines that serve as one of the largest campus preservation programs in the country.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a Registered Architect in the State of New York and holds memberships with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Docomomo, and the Association for Preservation Technology International (APT).
