With more than ten years of experience, Allie serves as the Client Relations Director at HLZAE. She identifies and nurtures key client relationships, acting as a resource and liaison, understanding client business needs, and gathering feedback to improve HLZAE’s service. Allie leads internal department coordination, communicating with project teams regarding client deliverables and maintaining client touch points. She is able to translate her understanding of the firm’s expertise, services, culture, and history to enhance client understanding and project communication. Allie is a sounding board to address client issues and communicates them internally to help deliver exactly what the client needs.

Allie also oversees the proposal department to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of proposals to HLZAE’s clients. She manages the proposal database to facilitate internal reporting and analysis.

Allie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
