We currently have openings for self-motivated, detail oriented individuals. Our firm specializes in consulting and inspection services related to exterior envelope restoration and historic preservation.

The work involves design and construction detailing for masonry walls, decorative stone, window replacement and roofing projects. Prospective candidates should possess solid writing skills, field experience and proficiency in AutoCad. A minimum of 3-5 yrs experience preferred.

PRESERVATION ARCHITECT

Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. has an opening for a Preservation Architect who will assume responsibility for preservation plans, local law reports, building survey and inspection reports, cost/quality estimate, project manual preparation & construction administration. Position requires a Masters degree in Historic Preservation and a minimum of 5 years experience.
