Project Overview:

50 Broad Street was erected in 1913 and is located in the Lower Manhattan Development Area. The main elevations (facing 50 Broad Street) underwent a full restoration of its terracotta elements and parapet walls including the decorative pyramids on top of the parapets. The rear elevations (facing New Street) underwent a full restoration of its terracotta and brick elements and parapet walls. All of the windows were replaced with new energy efficient windows. Additionally, the sidewalk in front of the building has been replaced.

HLZA performed all pre-construction inspections and supervised all aspects of restoration and repairs working closely with the contractor and ownership.
