Project Overview:

50 Broad Street was erected in 1913 and is located in the Lower Manhattan Development Area.

The main elevation along Broad Street underwent a full restoration of its terracotta elements and parapet walls including the decorative pyramids on top of the parapets. Our team also replaced the sidewalk in front of the building on Broad Street. The rear elevation, which faces New Street, underwent a full restoration of its terracotta and brick elements and parapet walls. All windows were replaced with new energy efficient windows.

HLZA performed all pre-construction inspections and supervised all aspects of restoration and repairs working closely with the contractor and ownership.
